We welcome returns on all full-priced merchandise for store credit. All full-priced, pristine and unaltered merchandise can be returned in original packaging with all parts included for store credit. Product found damaged and used will not receive store credit.
We are not responsible for damages as a result of improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
We must receive the returned product within 30 days from the date of original purchase. Once we receive your return we will email you a store credit code which can be used to purchase a new item of your choosing.
If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days, you will no longer qualify for a return credit. You must send a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org with the damage/defect item along with all the details of your order invoice.

All sale items are final sale and may not be returned for store credit.
Jewelry must be returned with the original box untouched and unmarked in any manner in order to be returned for full store credit.
You can return the product to us as soon as possible and we will email you a store credit with which you can use to purchase a different size, if it is still in stock or the artist can accommodate, or you can purchase a different item of your choosing.
How to return merchandise:
You are responsible for all return shipping charges associated with returning the package. Please include a copy of the invoice and please state the reason for your return on the invoice. If you do not have a copy of the invoice, please print out your confirmation email and this will suffice as record of your transaction.
*It is highly recommended that you place tracking on your return package should your package so happen to get lost amidst it’s travels back to us.
